Return Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This Return Policy applies to all paid services and products offered by \u0130nnovator Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. \u015eti.<\/strong> (\u201cInnovator\u201d); the following special provisions apply to the subscription-based Innovator Chat<\/strong> product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Refunds for Project-Based Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The refund and cancellation terms for software development and consulting services are specified separately in the proposal or contract signed by the parties; this policy serves as a general framework for such services unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Innovator Chat \u2014 Nature of Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Innovator Chat is a digital service that becomes accessible at the time of purchase and is performed instantly in an electronic environment. Pursuant to subparagraph (\u011f) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated November 27, 2014<\/strong>, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts concerning services performed immediately in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. The nature of the service and the absence of the right of withdrawal are clearly stated on the payment screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Innovator Chat Aboneli\u011finin \u0130ptali<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ayl\u0131k aboneli\u011finizi, sat\u0131n alma sonras\u0131 taraf\u0131n\u0131za iletilen m\u00fc\u015fteri portal\u0131 \u00fczerinden diledi\u011finiz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. \u0130ptal talebiniz, o anki faturalama d\u00f6neminin sonunda etkinle\u015fir; iptal etti\u011finiz d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden \u00f6dedi\u011finiz tutar i\u00e7in k\u0131smi iade yap\u0131lmaz, ancak d\u00f6nem sonuna kadar hizmete eri\u015fiminiz devam eder ve bir sonraki d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in tekrar \u00fccretlendirilmezsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Incorrect Collections or Technical Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In cases where the service cannot be provided to you at all (for example, if license activation is not possible for technical reasons) or in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges, you may submit your request by emailing info@innovator.tr<\/strong> within 14 days<\/strong> of the purchase date. Your request will be reviewed, and if deemed valid, the full amount or a portion of it will be refunded via the payment method you used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Return Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since your Innovator Chat payments are processed through our authorized payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited<\/strong>, which acts as a merchant, approved refunds will also be processed through the Paddle platform and credited to the card or payment method you used. The refund processing time may vary depending on the processing times of the bank that issued your card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
