Terms of Use<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d) apply to the innovator.tr website operated by \u0130nnovator Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. \u015eti.<\/strong> (\u201cInnovator,\u201d \u201cthe Company,\u201d \u201cwe\u201d) and all services we provide through this site (including software development and consulting services, as well as subscription-based software products such as Innovator Chat<\/strong>, collectively, the \u201cService(s)\u201d). By using our Services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Innovator provides its customers with software development, digital transformation consulting, and technology solutions. One of these solutions, Innovator Chat<\/strong>, is an AI-powered chat\/sales assistant plugin installed on WooCommerce-based e-commerce sites and is offered separately under the subscription terms described in point 3 below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Project-Based Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our software development and consulting services are subject to the scope, price, and delivery terms specified in a proposal, order form, or contract to be signed separately between the parties. In the case of such services, the provisions of the specific contract shall take precedence to the extent they conflict with these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Innovator Chat Subscription, Payment, and Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Innovator Chat is offered as Starter, Growth, and Pro plans on a monthly auto-renewal subscription basis; the monthly chat limit and feature set for each plan are specified on the relevant product page. Payment transactions are processed through our authorized payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited<\/strong> (\u201cPaddle\u201d), acting as the seller; Paddle is responsible for invoicing, VAT\/tax calculations, and collection processes. Subscription fees are displayed on the relevant payment screen, including applicable taxes based on the customer\u2019s country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided to you after purchase. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access throughout the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. License and Terms of Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the duration of your Innovator Chat subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the license key corresponding to the package you purchased in only one WooCommerce store. You are obligated not to share your license key with third parties, not to misuse our services, and not to use them for content or activities that violate applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The innovator.tr website, the Innovator Chat software and user interface, the Innovator brand, and all related components are the property of Innovator or its licensors. These Terms do not constitute a transfer of any ownership rights in the source code, design, or brand of the aforementioned assets. The transfer of intellectual property rights for work delivered as part of project-based services is governed separately by the relevant project agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Services are provided \u201cas is.\u201d Innovator does not guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption or error. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innovator shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a violation of these Terms, Innovator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service, with or without prior notice. You may also cancel your subscription at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Innovator may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page and takes effect as of the publication date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
